My payment went through but I have not received my resume
Give it a couple of minutes first — UPI confirmations sometimes arrive after the browser has already returned to our site, and our system reconciles automatically. If nothing has appeared after ten minutes, email [BILLING_EMAIL] with your UPI reference number. A confirmed payment always ends in either your document or your money back.
I want my data deleted
You can delete your account and its contents from your account settings once the product is live. If you would rather we did it, write to the Grievance Officer above and we will action it and confirm in writing.
When are you launching?
No announced date — we launch when it is properly tested. Join the waitlist and you will hear before anyone else.
